What it is

Teams is a plan next to Pro: $69 a month or $690 a year, flat. It covers up to 10 people per business, you included, and everything in Pro comes with it.

An invite goes out by email and gives access to one business only, so you choose who joins which. Teammates can track time and nothing else until you say otherwise. From there you grant view or edit access, per person, on clients, projects, quotes, invoices, expenses and contractors.

Members log time on the projects they're assigned to, with an optional billing rate per person for each project. You see everyone's time in one place and can filter it by person. Already tracking a contractor? Invite them to the team straight from their contractor page, so they log their own hours.
