Is there a free plan? +
Yes. Billable is free for up to 1 active project on one organisation — build invoices and quotes, track time, manage clients and projects, and download every document as a branded PDF. Emailing documents to clients (invoices, quotes and overdue reminders), running more than 1 active project at once, and multiple organisations come with Pro. Teams adds up to 10 people per business.
How much does it cost? +
Nothing up to 1 active project. Beyond that, Pro is $9 per month or $90 a year. Teams, for up to 10 people per business, is $69 per month or $690 a year. Both are flat, with no per-user fees or add-ons. Cancel anytime.
Can my team use Billable? +
Yes, on Teams. Invite up to 10 people per business, owner included, and choose which business each joins. Teammates track time on the projects they're assigned to; you grant access to clients, invoices and the rest per person.
Can I manage clients, projects and contractors? +
Yes. Store each client's details in one place, group work into fixed, hourly or retainer projects, and keep track of the contractors you work with — including what you've paid out.
Can I send quotes and track time? +
