Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Billable is free forever for up to 1 active project on one organisation — no credit card, no trial clock. Build invoices and quotes, track time, manage clients and projects, and download every document as a branded PDF.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds emailing documents to clients (invoices, quotes and overdue reminders), unlimited active projects, multiple organisations, and removes the Billable credit from your documents.
What does Teams add?
Everything in Pro, plus people: up to 10 per business, owner included. You invite teammates by email, choose which business each joins, and set what each person can see and edit. They log time on the projects they're assigned to, and you see everyone's time.
How much do Pro and Teams cost?
Pro is $9 per month or $90 a year. Teams is $69 per month or $690 a year. Both are flat, with no add-ons.
Do you charge per user or per client?
No. Teams is one flat price for up to 10 people per business, whether you add one teammate or nine. Clients are never charged for or limited on either plan.
Can a teammate see all my businesses?
No. An invite gives access to one business only, and you choose which. By default a teammate can only track time. You grant view or edit access to clients, projects, quotes, invoices, expenses and contractors, person by person.
Can I switch between Pro and Teams?
Any time. It's prorated and stays one subscription. If you leave Teams, your team keeps read-only access to the business until you renew.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings whenever you want — you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop back to the free plan.
